The firm is known for its collaborative culture, institutional client base, and commitment to excellence in both investment performance and client engagement.The Role The Client Services Associate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s investor relations and client servicing efforts. Acting as a central point of contact for investors, you will help deliver a best-in-class client experience while working closely with investment, sales, and operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary contact for client queries, ensuring timely and high-quality responsesSupport onboarding of new investors, including KYC and subscription processesCoordinate investor communications, including reports, updates, and ad hoc requestsAssist in the preparation of client presentations, DDQs, and marketing materialsMaintain and update CRM systems and investor recordsWork closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging to clientsSupport the organisation of investor meetings, calls, and eventsRequirements2–5 years of experience in client services, investor relations, or operations within asset management, hedge funds, or financial servicesStrong understanding of credit markets or alternative investments is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
