The Sales Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing tailored consulting solutions to meet their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires effectively communicating the value of Balanced Designs' services while achieving and surpassing sales targets. Regular collaboration with the customer service team will also be a crucial part of this role.QualificationsProficiency in Sales Consulting, including identifying client needs and presenting solutionsStrong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring exceptional client experiencesExcellent Communication and active listening skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectivelyBackground in consulting with a focus on understanding client challenges and providing strategic solutionsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentProven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targetsPrevious experience in digital marketing or web design services will be advantageous
