Construction Project Manager

Job Summary: Residential Construction We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead our construction projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within specified timeframes and budget constraints. Your exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in coordinating various teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering high-quality construction projects. Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and requirements are met. Oversee all construction activities, including procurement, site preparation, construction progress, and quality control. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement timely corrective actions. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and monitor performance to ensure efficient and effective execution of project activities. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, resolving conflicts and promoting teamwork. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. Implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and address any non-compliance issues promptly. Facilitate regular project meetings, document progress, and prepare reports for stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and regulatory authorities. Communicate project updates, milestones, and any potential issues in a clear and timely manner. Manage expectations and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders throughout the project. Requirements: Proven experience in the construction industry, with a successful track record of managing medium to large-scale projects. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing project requirements.
