Provide oversight on the analysis and design forenterprise applications;2. Expected to guide in the development of applicationsthroughout the SDLC;3. Implement standards related to applicationtechnologies, including UI standards, developmentmethodology, and coding and style guides;4. Develop and guide quality assurance processesincluding code reviews, performance testing, security scans,and adherence to industry, state, and federal standards;5. Identify and escalate technical risks and issuesappropriately;6. Prepare, and/or review technical documentation suchas system architecture designs, schemas, solution proposals,as appropriate.--- Required Qualifications ---• 84 months experience using HTML5, CSS3 (includingpreprocessors like Sass/Less), and JavaScript (ES6+); RESTfulAPIs and asynchronous programming; experience with at least onemajor JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).• 84 months experience in build tools (e.g., Webpack, Parcel),version control (Git), and browser developer tools for debuggingand performance analysis• 84 months experience with design and prototyping tools such asFigma, Sketch, Adobe XD; prototyping frameworks or libraries formore complex interactive prototypes• 84 months experience implementing designs that meet WCAG 2.1AA or AAA compliance standards. Developed and enforcedusability guidelines and accessibility best practices withindevelopment teams, leading to a measurable reduction in user-reported usability issues.• 72 months experience collaborating with cross-functional teams(product managers, engineers, QA) on product developmentcycles, ensuring alignment and timely delivery. Mentored juniordesigners or developers on UI/UX best practices, contributing toteam skill development.• 72 months experience leading and executing user researchinitiatives; translating research findings into actionable designrecommendations; in collaboration tools (e.g., Jira), user researchplatforms (e.g., UserTesting.com, Lookback), survey tools (e.g.,SurveyMonkey, Typeform), data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, GoogleSheets, basic statistical software), and collaboration tools forsharing insights (e.g., Miro, Mural).
