Overnight Retail Merchandiser - Orting, WA (Driveline Albertsons) Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Overnight Retail Merchandisers for a 5-day project in Orting, WA paying $20/hr. This is a retail-focused role requiring prior retail merchandising experience. You will support a large retail reset by replacing paper price tags with electronic shelf labels and documenting progress using our app. Perks Work on Your Schedule: Choose assignments that fit your availability Consistent Opportunities: There are always available gigs in the app Flexible Assignments: Enjoy a mix of long and short assignments Grow Your Work: The more work you complete, the more opportunities you unlock Fast Pay: Paid via OpenForce within 6 days of task approval Ongoing Work: Access additional projects directly in the app Schedule & Hours Pay: $20 per hour Dates: August 9th to August 13th, 2026 Start Time: 10:00 PM Shift Length: 8.5 hours (Unpaid Lunch Break) Arrival: Must arrive 15 minutes early Responsibilities Unbox electronic shelf label kits and verify all materials are included Remove paper price tags from store shelves Install new strips, electronic shelf labels, and associated tags in designated departments Remove trash from the store and dispose of it in the dumpster Palletize excess materials for pickup Requirements (Must Have) Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App Other: 18+, valid driver's license, reliable transportation Dress Code: Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
