Tool Change Technician PROMAN Staffing has partnered with one of the region's leading manufacturers of plastic lighting enclosures for commercial applications to fill an entry-level Production Floor & Tool Change Technician position located in Festus, MO. Shift: 1st Shift | Monday Friday | 7:30 AM 4:00 PM Overtime Mandatory Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour Status: Full-Time Job Responsibilities Injection molding Injection blow molding Extrusion blow molding Sonic welding Safely and properly set up and change tools for each production method Modify finished products by routing, trimming, and drilling Use measuring tools such as rulers, tape measures, and calipers (standard and metric) for dimensional inspection Perform quality control checks on all products produced Pack and label finished goods accurately Qualifications Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (plastics experience preferred) Injection molding and tool change experience is a plus Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and learn new processes Able to stand and walk 7+ hours per day Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing to a team Capable of multitasking and managing time efficiently Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic Speed, efficiency, and dependability are critical for success in this role.
