At the same time, it's a solid foundation for long-term career planning, Client is the ideal place to build your future in the construction industry.ResponsibilitiesDevelop project requirements and prepare design fees for requested work.Create and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.Lead and mentor Engineers, Designers, and Modeling staff assigned to projects.Communicate with Project Managers and executives regarding deliverables, schedules, and resource needs.Coordinate with city, state, and county officials, and regulatory agencies.Attend design meetings with the Design-Build team and perform job site visits as needed.Resolve complex design challenges, including conflicting requirements and coordination issues.Perform value engineering studies and act as Engineer of Record for assigned projects.Oversee Electrical System Studies (Short Circuit, Arc Flash, Voltage Drop, etc.).Ensure compliance with NEC and applicable building codes.Required CharacteristicsMinimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience.Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with electrical construction processes.Knowledge of load calculations, equipment layout, HV/MV distribution, lighting design, grounding, and utility coordination.Software Tools: Revit; AutoCAD, SKM Power Tools experience are a plus.Experience Preference: Modular construction experience is a strong plus but not required; traditional electrical engineering background is minimum.Must have hands-on experience applying the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant electrical/building codes, including state-specific requirements.Ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor team members.Bilingual in Chinese is an advantage.SkillsBasic level of understating plans and specification.Basic understanding of construction schedules.Ability to interface with the clients.Ability to coordinate with other team members.Compensation And BenefitsCompetitive SalaryA bonus equal to 50% of base salarySaving Cost401K; Insurance; PTOFeatured benefitsMedical insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, 401(k)
