About the RoleWe’re launching an exciting online sign language learning program designed to make communication more inclusive, accessible, and human-centered. We’re looking for a Marketing & Enrollment Coordinator who can take charge of attracting new clients, coordinating class schedules, and growing our online presence.If you’re creative, organized, and driven by purpose, this is your chance to help build a meaningful business from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & OutreachDevelop and execute online marketing campaigns to promote classes (social media, email, partnerships, community outreach).Manage social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).Run or coordinate digital ads (Google, Meta, etc.) with a focus on ROI.Build relationshipsCreate or collaborate on engaging promotional materials (flyers, posts, short videos).Enrollment & SchedulingRespond to student inquiries via email or chat and guide them through enrollment.Manage scheduling for classes, instructors, and group sessions.Track attendance, enrollments, and retention rates.Maintain CRM or spreadsheets to manage leads and communications.Analytics & ReportingTrack marketing performance, conversion rates, and class fill rates.Provide weekly reports and insightsQualificationsProven experience in marketing, outreach, or enrollment coordination (education, training, or e-learning industry preferred).Strong organizational and communication skills.Tech-savvy: familiar with Canva, Google Suite, Calendly, CRM tools, or learning management systems.Social media and digital ad experience required.Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.Passion for accessibility, educationKnowing Sign language is not needed but is a bonus!Work EnvironmentFully remoteFlexible schedule (core hours to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time)Collaborative, mission-driven teamGrowth potential as the program scalesCompensationHourly: 50/50 Commission Split. You earn 50% of each class enrollment or contract you bring in. That means your income directly reflects your impact, the more students you reach, the more you earn.
