This position partners closely with the Area leadership to identify operational gaps, implement corrective actions, and drive improvements. It requires strong analytical capability, sound decision-making, and consistent follow through to support department results.Key Responsibilities:Drive daily department execution to meet accuracy, volume, and service expectationsMonitor and analyze performance using WMS, labor systems, and operational reporting toolsInterpret data to identify trends, performance gaps, and recurring issuesLead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve operational challengesTake ownership of assigned operational areas, including performance results and follow-through on action plansRecommend and drive process improvements based on data and operational observationsProvide direction to employees and reinforce accountability for performanceSupport coaching conversations, performance follow-up, and issue resolutionReinforce SOPs, safety expectations, and operational standardsAssist with shift planning, labor allocation, and real-time adjustments based on business needsMake day-to-day operational decisions to address volume changes, staffing gaps, and process issuesPrepare and deliver clear reporting on department performance, risks, and improvement effortsEnsure accuracy and consistency in system data and operational inputsSpecific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, and performance expectationsAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable stepsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead issue resolutionAbility to provide direction and reinforce accountability with employeesStrong communication skills with the ability to clearly present information and expectationsAbility to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing operational demandsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting toolsWorking knowledge of WMS and labor management systemsPreferred Education and Experience:Minimum of 6 + years of consecutive experience in logistics, warehouse, or fulfillment operationsPrior experience providing direction or supervision in a high-volume environmentStrong background in data analysis, reporting, and operational problem solvingExperience with WMS, labor management systems, and performance tracking toolsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables)Physical Environment/Occupational Risks:Warehouse environmentLifting up to 50lbsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
