The ideal candidate will deliver world class service and strategic execution of all projects, correspondence and timelines for assigned Global Partner accounts.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesLead partnership service and activation for designated Global Partnership accountsServe as the primary internal and external day-to-day contact for execution and fulfillment on assigned partnership accountsFulfill partnership agreements to ensure all contracted deliverables and client expectations are met, including but not limited to stadium signage, digital & social assets, ticketing, marketing, public relations, community relations, in-game promotions, radio, and hospitalityCollaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure execution including Stadium Operations, creative, public relations, ticket sales, ticket ops, finance & accounting, community relations, merchandise, planning & development and baseball ops as neededOversee partner led special events throughout the year, including client hospitality events, community initiatives, and stadium events (game day and non-game day)Oversee the development and presentation of mid-season and end of season partner recaps and additional proof of performance as neededCollaborate with Global Partnership Sales & Strategy teams on renewal strategies and proposals that drive partnership retention and deal growth year over yearPerform other duties as assignedBasic Requirements/Qualifications5+ years of experience of full-time corporate partnership and/or account management experience with a professional team, league, brand or sports marketing agency.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceDependable self-starter with positive attitude and strong work ethicHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines for clientsExcellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate plans with internal stakeholders and external clientsAbility to quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressureAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including home games hours will vary depending on business needsProficient on KORE, SalesForce, Microsoft OfficeCurrent Los Angeles Dodgers employees should apply via the internal job board in UltiPro by following these prompts:MENU > MYSELF > MY COMPANY > VIEW OPPORTUNITIES > select the position > CONSENT > APPLY NOWLOS ANGELES DODGERS LLC is an equal opportunity employer.LOS ANGELES DODGERS LLC is firmly committed to providing equal opportunity for all qualified applicants from every race, creed, and background.
