Data runs on STACK.The PositionThe Treasury Analyst will be an integral part of the finance function – they will report directly to the Treasury Manager and will assist in treasury operations, cash positioning, and debt management reporting. STACK currently has over $15B of financing in place, and the Treasury team helps raise billions every year to finance ongoing development of a large real estate portfolio. The treasury analyst will support all facets of STACK’s treasury operations with a focus on cash management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Treasury OperationsOversee the company’s daily cash position by monitoring current and future cash flowsResponsible for accurately initiating bank transactions including wire payments, ACH payments, and book transfersAssist with cash flow forecasting (short term and long term) and overall bank account managementManage banking portal positive pay exceptions on daily basisPerform vendor callbacks to confirm new banking informationAssist accounting team with payment reconciliations and researching various transactionsWork with AP team to confirm cash for weekly and monthly payments files to ensure timely and accurate processing of paymentsWork with the accounting team to settle outstanding intercompany transactionsSupport treasury manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reportingLead new bank account opening processProvide support on special projects or additional duties when neededThe DetailsLocation: Denver, CO – Hybrid – In Office 3 days a week with 2 remote daysTravel: Less than 5%Benefits: Healthcare, Dental Care, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Leave ProgramsMust be eligible to work in the United StatesMust pass comprehensive background screeningMust-have QualificationsBachelor's degree required with concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferredProficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to interpret financial data and knowledge of basic accounting principlesExperience with REITs, Data Centers, NetSuite, Cube, TMS, PowerBI, or Banking portals are a plusCompensation Range$63,600.00 - $69,960.00This Might Be Right For You IfYou are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.You do not get flustered easily.
