We champion the individual capabilities of our employees and the collective power of the team and extend that commitment to our surrounding families and communities.Position Summary: As a Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies. The Inventory Cycle Counter will ensure products are stored in the correct locations, investigate inventory variances, and update inventory records to support efficient warehouse operations.Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.Additional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs.RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits throughout the warehouseVerify inventory quantities and ensure products are stored in the correct bin locationsInvestigate and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and quantity variancesEnter and maintain accurate inventory data within the warehouse management systemCorrect inventory records and update system information as neededGenerate and review inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvementWork closely with warehouse operations to resolve inventory-related issuesAssist with physical inventory counts and special inventory projectsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and proceduresCOMPETENCIES:Action Oriented Attention to DetailTimely Decision Making Problem SolvingDrive for ResultsAccountabilityQUALIFICATIONS:1–2 years of inventory control, cycle counting, or inventory auditing experience requiredMinimum of 1 year of warehouse experience requiredExperience using inventory management or warehouse management systems preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret inventory reports, customer orders, and safety proceduresProficient in basic computer skills, including data entryStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Prolonged standing and walking on concrete surfaces Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions Ability to safely climb on and off forklifts and warehouse equipment Manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling productsBenefits Section:We offer a competitive benefit package that includes:Major medical, dental, and vision benefits available day one — no waiting period.Company-paid life insurance and Employee Assistance Program.401(k) with company match.Employee discount on Ubique Group products.Ubique Group offers 9 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday per year and up to 13 Accrued PTO days per yearUbique Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
