Junior QA Specialist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with standards and procedures in a complex, computer-based environment.• Establish processes for evaluating hardware, software, and documentation throughout the development lifecycle.• Devise and execute tests to evaluate, debug, and verify the accuracy and reliability of systems against specifications.• Report malfunctions, bugs, and errors to management for resolution.• Create, review, and maintain Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) and Software Quality Assurance Plans (SQAPs).• Manage quality reports and documentation using digital engineering tools.What You'll Need• Proven experience in quality assurance, with a strong understanding of software and systems engineering environments.• Solid grasp of quality control principles, including ISO-9001 standards.• Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and Agile management environments.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage quality documentation.• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Permanent Resident with 3+ years of U.S. residency.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($53,280 – $240,350) based on experience level.• Comprehensive benefits package including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits.• Opportunities for professional development, tuition assistance, and work-life programs.• A collaborative and innovative work environment focused on meaningful and impactful work.Apply via Haystack today!
