Maintenance Manager

Thrive to ensure 2% or less maintenance downtime on the Corrugator(s). Manage all maintenance technicians providing them with leadership and opportunities to learn and improve. Ensure proper scheduling of all technicians. Manage and maintain a cost effective preventive maintenance program Solid mix of electro-mechanical industrial maintenance, hydraulics and pneumatics, knowledge is required. Successfully manages through clear communication on goals, training, coaching, and mentoring. All while developing them with consistent feedback, and motivation through encouragement to enable their success and establish a positive working environment. Ability to troubleshoot/replace PLC’s, VFD’s, A/C motors, D/C motors, analog and digital sensors, bearings, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic components Ability to troubleshoot/repaired BHS, ACS roller and modular flat belt conveyors, Miura Boilers, Signode Banders, Dimplex Water Chillers, Kaeser Air Compressors, Vortex Starch Machine, Fanuc Robot, Balemaster Baler, BloApco Shredder, ALAR Wastewater Treater. Ability to calibrate machines; electrically and mechanically Automation technicians design and service control systems ranging from electromechanical devices and systems to high-speed robotics and PLCs Schedule required Preventive Maintenance on all machinery. Schedule routine work orders Respond to emergency work orders within established parameters of timely response Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of plant operations and facility management Sharing your knowledge and gaining knowledge from the rest of the team is essential Knowledge and ability to read/interpret schematics, highly preferred Experience and compliance with OSHA regulations Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and organized Duties and responsibilities are subject to change based on business needs Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements An Associate's degree from an accredited institution A minimum of 10 years of corrugating manufacturing experience A minimum of 5 years of prior supervisory experience, a plus Experience with the Fosber corrugator machine, a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: Bridgeton, MO 63044: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
