About the RoleThis role is for an experienced Senior Python Developer (8–10 years) responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable backend systems, APIs, and data-driven solutions. You’ll work heavily with Python, SQL, and modern data tools to support complex analytics and backend workflows. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into efficient, maintainable code, managing cloud-based deployments (AWS: S3, Lambda, EC2), and ensuring best practices in software engineering. The tech environment includes Python, FastAPI/Django, SQL, Prefect, Terraform, Docker, and GitHub, with Jira for project tracking. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and adaptability across different technologies are essential, with bonus points for experience in web scraping and data engineering.What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs (FastAPI/Django/Flask).Build and optimize SQL queries, schemas, and data pipelines (Snowflake, DBT).Deploy and manage solutions in AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2) using Terraform & Docker.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.Write clean, testable, and well-documented Python code.Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and security best practices.What We’re Looking For8–10 years of professional Python development experience.Proficiency with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) and SQL.Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS) and containerization (Docker).Strong understanding of data models and ETL processes.Familiarity with Git, Jira, and CI/CD workflows.Bonus: Web scraping and large dataset experience.Tech Stack Python | SQL | FastAPI/Django | Snowflake | DBT | AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2) | Terraform | Docker | GitHub | Prefect
