The Sales Associate will assist customers in the vehicle selection process, demonstrate product knowledge, provide excellent customer service, and guide customers through financing methods to meet their needs. The role also involves achieving sales goals, maintaining a professional showroom environment, and collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsSales, negotiation, and product knowledge proficiencyAbility to meet sales goals and perform in a team-oriented environmentProblem-solving and organizational skills to handle customer inquiries and manage tasks effectivelyPrevious sales experience or retail experience is preferred, but not requiredFamiliarity with financing options and processes is a plusProficiency with basic technology and the ability to learn new systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
