You’ll create the systems, develop the team, and drive the revenue engine forward.If you’ve ever known exactly what needed to be built, but didn’t have the authority to build it, this is that opportunity.What You'll OwnSales Team Leadership & DevelopmentFocus on building operational and sales capability.Pipeline & CRM OwnershipCreate full visibility into pipeline health. Ensure CRM discipline so leadership always has accurate, real-time insight into revenue.New Business Development StrategyIdentify target law firms, segment the market, and build a structured outreach strategy. Expand our footprint across Georgia and beyond.Client Growth & RetentionStrengthen existing relationships and drive cross-sell opportunities across all service lines.Sales & Marketing AlignmentPartner with Marketing to ensure campaigns are tied to revenue outcomes, not vanity metrics. Bring data, priorities, and clear direction.Build the FunctionEstablish the operating rhythm: pipeline reviews, reporting, territory planning, and performance tracking.
