General Manager - Attraction OperationsWe are seeking an accomplished and energetic General Manager to lead the daily operations of our attraction. This role is perfect for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. You'll oversee every aspect of the business-driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure seamless execution and an exceptional guest experience.Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across operations, customer service, sales, and maintenance.Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives, upselling programs, and guest engagement strategies.Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of key performance metrics.Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards.Implement creative programs to enhance guest satisfaction, encourage repeat visits, and strengthen community relationships.Partner with regional and corporate leadership to develop long-term strategies and implement new initiatives.Participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for operational improvement and guest engagement.Maintain effective communication with internal teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment and deliver measurable results.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsProven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and build cohesive, high-performing teams.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong financial acumen, with demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.Passion for creating memorable and immersive guest experiences.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.Minimum 5+ years of attractions or hospitality experience, including 3+ years in a management role.Willingness and ability to travel as needed.As part of the onboarding process, you will participate in a hands-on job rotation program across key operational areas.
