We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: Programmer Analyst 3Location(s): Richmond, VA(Hybrid)Short Description:Works as part of our client's Office of Information Management (OIM) team to plan, coordinate, develop, and implement data modernization initiatives for vital statistics and vital records projects.Complete Description:Our client's Vital Events and Screening Tracking System (VVESTS) is currently a PL/SQL Web Toolkit application running on the mod_plsql gateway. This technology is outdated. All VVESTS modules capture and process highly sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI), making web application security a top priority. The modernization effort requires the use of the latest web technologies, JavaScript/jQuery frameworks, templates, and CSS standards to address security vulnerabilities and ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.VVESTS is a mission-critical system that supports applications such as the Birth Registry, Death Registry (EDRS), and Screening Registry.
