2nd Shift Manufacturing Lead - Press Brake

Job Summary:The Break Press Team Lead Tech will ensure that the 1st-shift break press team meets production goals and the schedule. The Team Lead will also provide training, technical support, and ensure that safety and quality standards are maintained. The Team Lead will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brakes, laser cutters, and robotic welders. Duties will include, but are not limited to:Function & Troubleshooting in SAP & WMSPull Hot-List and Restock OrdersIdentify and Address quality issuesKeying finished goods and put away in locationsEnforce and monitor PPE and Safety guidelinesRequirements:A team lead shall engage in open and consistent communication with all team members.
