Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Java Developer (ML & AI) position! This is a 6-12 months contract and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC. This role will be a W 2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C 2 C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered. What You'll Be Doing:Lead business requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions for in-house payroll and workforce management applications. Design and coordinate development efforts with offshore development teams, ensuring alignment on architecture, implementation, and delivery timelines. Build and integrate AI-driven solutions and machine learning models into enterprise Java applications to enhance payroll processing, staffing solutions, and workforce analytics. Develop and implement AI-powered features including intelligent search, predictive analytics, recommendations, and chatbots using Generative AI, LL - Ms, and AI APIs.
