Purpose of Position/Summary:
The position of IATF Coordinator is focused on achieving 100% part quality with 100% on-time delivery while upholding IATF Standards and Compliance. This is achieved through continuous improvement, accurate documentation, associate training, line condition, successful new launches, and driving the culture to always learn and improve. The achievement of these goals will directly lead to the company goals of zero defects and 100% on-time delivery with IATF Compliance.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate all activities with the IATF Registers office and auditors;
Report IATF corrective actions to Director of Quality and Executive Management;
Coordinate all IATF meetings and maintain yearly IATF requirements;
Maintain and improve upper level documentation;
Schedule and Perform internal audits. Continuously improve using the audits;
Understand and uphold IATF Standards;
Keep KAC IATF Compliant using Risk Based thinking;
Train and motivate others on IATF concepts, standards and risk based thinking;
Represent QA during TPO, QSA, and Safe Launches. Support all departments;
Other duties assigned by immediate Supervisor or Manager on an as needed basis.
Job Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited institution or five years of related experience may substitute for a college degree. Three years of IATF Standards and Auditing practices is preferred. This position will focus on stamping, plastics, assembly, and welding. This position also requires the ability to read drawings and communicate specifications. Microsoft skillset is required. The IATF Coordinator must have the ability to communicate across all departments both internal and external. Communication skills across multiple department levels is required. The IATF Coordinator must have the ability to work with urgency and manage pressure.
