To Apply for this Job Click HereVice President, Project ManagementDepartment: PMOReports To: COOLocation: North DallasAbout The RoleA fast‑growing organization is seeking a Vice President of Project Management to build and lead a high‑performance PMO responsible for delivering complex electrical equipment projects for hyperscale data centers.This is a builder role — you will design, implement, and scale the PMO from the ground up while driving execution on critical customer programs. You will own project delivery end‑to‑end, from sales handoff through equipment turnover, ensuring predictable schedules, disciplined execution, and world‑class customer delivery.You will partner closely with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Field Service, and Operations, and lead a growing team of Project Managers and Field Service Technicians across switchgear, ATS, RPP, UPS, and UL‑listed panel assemblies.Key ResponsibilitiesPMO Leadership & ExecutionBuild and lead the PMO, including structure, governance, and standardized execution processesOwn delivery across all projects (schedule, budget, scope, documentation, turnover)Drive consistent execution from sales handoff through engineering, procurement, production, delivery, and closeoutEstablish stage gates, project controls, and reporting rhythms for visibility and accountabilityCross‑Functional DeliveryAlign Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Field Service, and Operations around project prioritiesCoordinate end‑to‑end execution to ensure on‑time deliveryIdentify and remove risks and bottlenecks across long‑lead and engineer‑to‑order project environmentsImprove handoffs, expectation setting, and change visibility with Sales and LeadershipTeam LeadershipLead and scale a high‑performing team of Project Managers and Field Service TechniciansDefine roles, capacity, KPIs, and accountability across project and field executionCoach the team on execution discipline, communication, and decision‑making under pressureBuild a culture of ownership, urgency, and follow‑throughCustomer & Commercial ManagementEnsure clear, consistent communication on schedules, risks, and project statusOwn escalations, issue resolution, and high‑risk customer programsDrive disciplined change order management to protect scope, schedule, and marginEnsure strong turnover readiness (documentation, startup coordination, closeout)Systems & Continuous ImprovementImplement tools and systems for project tracking, forecasting, and reportingEstablish KPIs for delivery performance, cycle time, and execution qualityImprove speed, predictability, and cross‑functional handoffsBuild scalable processes to support rapid growthIndustry & Technical ExperienceElectrical equipment manufacturing, power distribution, data center, or industrial engineer‑to‑order environmentsFamiliarity with long‑lead procurement, UL standards (508A, 891, 67), factory coordination, and commissioning/turnover processesRequired Qualifications10+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, EPC, industrial systems, or ETO environments5+ years leading teams or PM organizationsProven experience building or scaling a PMO or project delivery functionTrack record delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary projects on time and within budgetStrong operator mindset with a focus on execution and outcomesExperience managing large project portfolios with competing prioritiesSolid financial acumen (budgeting, cost tracking, margin management, change orders)Strong risk identification, escalation, and mitigation capabilityExperience implementing project management tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworksAbility to lead through ambiguity and build structure in fast‑scaling environmentsPreferred QualificationsPMP or equivalent certificationExperience in high‑growth or scaling organizationsExperience implementing ERP and PM tool integrationsBackground in data center infrastructure, hyperscale environments, or mission‑critical power systemsExperience leading both office‑based PM teams and field execution teamsWhat This Role OffersHigh Impact: Build the execution engine behind next‑generation infrastructureOwnership: Lead a critical function from the ground upGrowth: Opportunity to scale both the PMO and Field Service organizationFast Pace: Operate in a high‑growth environment where execution mattersBuilder Culture: Join a team that values accountability, urgency, and practical problem‑solvingJOB ID: 175939 #postClayton ConineTo Apply for this Job Click Here, $180,000 - $230,000,
