General Manager

Job Description Description:A General Manager/Operator is responsible for running day to day operations for the entire restaurant. Responsible for the entire P&L. Responsible for staffing and recruitment. On the shift, General Manager/Operators will be expected to work all positions in the store, supporting both the front and back of house. High proficiency in all positions is expected.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESService? Providing excellent customer service during guests dining experience, from entry to the restaurant through departure and everything in between.? Memorize the food and beverage menu at your location? Can handle guest complaints in an efficient and effective manner? Memorize steps of service for all FOH positions? Standard bearer? Able to work line positions to support team during the rushSanitation? Maintain high food safety standards, including verification of temp checks, line checks, cooling logs, and other food safety materials? Ability to complete internal health audits? Maintain high cleanliness and quality standards in the entire restaurant? Check food and equipment temperature to ensure food safety complianceLeadership? Can cover any position in the restaurant? Provides direct, in the moment feedback to their team? Ownership mentalityAdmin? Cash handling? Data entry? Able to properly receive and verify orders? Follow checklists for opening and closing? Responsible for all operating costs on the P&LATTITUDE? Friendly? Possess a sense of urgency? Thoughtful? Natural ability to connect with others quickly? Intuitive? Responsible? Curious? Sense of ownershipRequirements:QUALIFICATIONS? Minimum? Able to speak English? Comfortable working with and leading a team? Basic math knowledge? Able to take constructive criticism? Able to multitask and prioritize on the fly? Conflict resolution, both with guests and team members? Preferred? Can speak both English and Spanish? Prior experience with Toast, R365 and/or Zenput? Food Manager certification? Any local certifications that are required in the store&#39;s jurisdiction? Prior experience in a high volume, fast casual settingPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS? Able to lift 25+ pounds? Able to stand on their feet for 8 hours uninterrupted? Able to be stationary for multiple hours at a time completing repetitive tasks? Able to move quickly throughout the restaurant? Able to access and navigate all areas of the restaurant? Able to work in excessive heat and cold associated with the kitchen environment
