Risk and Controls Analyst - UCF

Matlen Silver has an immediate opportunity for a Controls Analyst. This position is remote in the Charlotte NC or Dallas TX area.**Due to client requirements we cannot work on C2C - US Citizens or Permanent Residents only**Pay rate: $73-78/hr W2Review controls, test them, document results, and work directly with business partners to gather evidence and strengthen their control environment. Most days you’ll be meeting with process owners, walking through how things work, validating controls, and helping them stay audit-ready.Required Experience:Significant experience with UCF - Unified Compliance Framework or Control FrameworksExperience building a UCF from scratch a plusExperience working in RSA Archer (building records, updating controls, supporting assessments, evidence, issues, etc.)Experience with sampling, evidence review, and issue/CAP trackingExperience performing or supporting RCSAsFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC, SOX, HIPAA, PCI)Experience writing or executing Standardized Test Procedures (STPs)Strong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work directly with business owners and manage multiple tasksAbout Matlen SilverExperience Matters.
