We are seeking an experienced Test Program Manager to lead end-to-end (E2E) testing initiatives within AT&T Mobility programs. This role is responsible for driving testing strategy, execution, and delivery across complex, integrated telecom environments while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring alignment with enterprise delivery frameworks. Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 12 months Key Responsibilities: Lead E2E testing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across large-scale telecom programs Own program delivery within Enterprise One (E1), including oversight of AT&T and vendor-managed applications Engage early with stakeholders (Directors, Portfolio Managers, Architects, Business Sponsors) to shape delivery and testing approach Coordinate with Enterprise Release Management (EPAC) and QA teams to ensure release readiness Manage Epics, backlog, and delivery reporting to business stakeholders Drive backlog prioritization and support Program Increment (PI) Planning Maintain accurate project updates across AT&T tools (E1, VE, LeanKit, iTrack) Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies Required Skills: Program/Test Management experience focused on E2E testing and test lifecycle management Strong knowledge of AT&T Mobility environments and delivery processes Hands-on experience with AT&T tools (E1, VE, LeanKit, iTrack) Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies, including Epics and PI Planning Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AT&T Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) Mobility-specific program delivery experience Proven ability to manage complex, multi-vendor environments Experience: 8+ years of Program or Test Management experience in telecom environments Demonstrated success delivering E2E testing across large, integrated systems Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) PMP, SAFe, or similar certifications preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
