Our teamis the backbone of our success, ensuring that every order meets our high standards ofexcellence and customer satisfaction.Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative (CSR) to joinour dynamic team. In this role, you will be the pivotal liaison between our clients, productionpartners, and internal teams, managing the post-order process to ensure seamless productionand delivery of our products. Your primary responsibilities will involve order verification,artwork review, production oversight, and supplier/client communication, ensuring eachproject adheres to our quality standards and timelines.Key Responsibilities:- Verify and balance purchase orders to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.- Review and confirm artwork files, collaborating with sales, client and production teams for anynecessary revisions.- Submit and manage orders with our factory production partners, ensuring adherence toproduction schedules.- Facilitate the pre-production and approval process of proof art files with clients.- Monitor production progress, maintaining constant communication with suppliers to ensurecompliance with delivery timelines.- Track shipments and confirm successful delivery of orders.- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain final invoices, updating our internal job tracker andtransitioning completed projects to the accounting team.- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and communications in our Syncore platform.Desired Skills and Qualifications:- Prior customer service experience, particularly in client-facing roles (preferred, but notrequired).- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Illustrator.- Strong project management capabilities.- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.- Excellent written communication skills for effective email correspondence.- A collaborative mindset with a strong emphasis on teamwork.Education• High school diploma required• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, design, or related fieldpreferred but not required
