Precision Fabrication: Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to exact specifications. Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, and fittings using various coupling and joining methods. System Layout: Interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to plan the sequence of installation. Use lasers, transit levels, and advanced measuring tools to ensure perfect alignment and grade. Infrastructure Execution: Install complex piping systems for storm, water, and sanitary sewer networks, ensuring all joints are leak-proof and meet rigorous pressure standards. Trench & Site Safety: Expertly manage trench safety in collaboration with operators, including the strategic use of shoring, shielding, and sloping. Quality Control: Conduct pressure tests and visual inspections of systems to ensure code compliance and structural integrity before backfilling. Requirements: Deep knowledge of piping materials, joining techniques, and infrastructure layout. Ability to read blueprints and use precision layout tools (lasers, levels, etc.). Physical stamina/heavy lifting capabilities to handle the demands of the site. Reliable transportation and valid authorization to work in the US. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical. Travel: Willingness to work out of town (Per Diem provided; home every weekend).
