Technical Sourcing Recruiter

```Duties:``` - Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for technical positions - Utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract qualified candidates - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies - Conduct reference checks and background screenings on potential candidates - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) - Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions - Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates ```Requirements:``` - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers - Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or similar software - Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or Kronos is a plus - Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations - Proven ability to generate leads through various sourcing methods including cold calling and networking - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Previous experience in technical recruiting is preferred but not required We offer competitive pay and benefits package.
