Senior Project Manager – PLM System Implementation (GxP / Medical Device)

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system implementation within a regulated medical device environment. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end deployment of the MasterControl PLM system, replacing the legacy Oracle Agile PLM platform and ensuring seamless integration with the Apriso MES system.The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, validation, data migration, integration, testing, and go-live support. This includes ensuring system validation (CSV), GxP compliance, and audit-ready documentation in alignment with regulatory and quality system requirements.This role serves as the central coordination point across business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and external vendors, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading complex enterprise system implementations in regulated environments, with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and drive successful delivery with minimal operational disruption.Strong expertise in PLM systems, system integration, data migration, stakeholder management, and change management is required, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
