About the job Audio Visual Onsite Technician - Tempe, AZ OfficePro, Inc, a Washington DC based end-user training and adoption company, is in need of an On-Site Audio- Visual Technician to assist our client with AV Room testing and troubleshooting of conference room spaces at a fun, fast pace high profile client!This is a 4 MONTH long term contract position to begin in February, 2026 and conclude end of June, 2026 with a potential for extension40 hours per weekMonday - Friday8:00 am - 5:00 pmTech Required Experience:The technician should have strong experience with Biamp Tesira softwareHigh familiarity and previous experience with Microsoft Teams setup with Crestron Flex and NewTek Tricaster functions.Ability and experience to troubleshoot Crestron NVX video systems, Crestron control systems and Shure wireless microphonesAn experienced technician that can assist with event support including set up of all-hands callsFamiliar with Audio Visual Commercial AV Space and equipmentPrevious experience testing AV Conference Space equipment and AV Software (i.e. Crestron, Cisco, Poly, Logi)Previous experience testing and troubleshooting Unified Communications such as Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, Google, Etc.Experience with VTC hardwareFamiliar with AV signal flow including DSP (Biamp) testingPrevious experience with AV equipment troubleshooting and White Glove SupportExperience with NanolumenLED WallsExperience with NewTek TriCaster video production SuiteResponsibilitiesOnsite Support, Troubleshooting capabilities, and white glove support of:Auditorium with Midas 40 channel mixing boardBiamp DSP for auto-mix meetingsShure wireless microphones,NanoLumens LED wallNewTek TriCaster video production suiteLarge meeting rooms with Biamp DSP, Crestron Flex Teams systemFlex spaces with Crestron NVX video systems, Crestron control systems and Shure wireless microphonesOther spaces with similar technologies for Audio, Video, Control and Unified Communications
