You will: Meet homeowners in your territory and start real, professional conversationsInspect roofs and properties safely and professionally (we train you)Explain findings clearly and honestlyWork with insurance adjusters when appropriateEarn signed work authorizations through trust, not pressureFollow up consistently and professionally with homeownersBuild a personal referral network over timeUse simple CRM tools to stay organized and effectiveYou'll work independently, but never without support.
