Account Manager - Landscaping
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Build and manage client relationships; serve as primary point of contactGenerate new business through referrals, networking, and cold outreachIdentify property needs and sell enhancement and maintenance servicesPrepare estimates, proposals, and renewalsConduct regular site visits to ensure quality and client satisfactionCoordinate with operations teams on service delivery and project executionSupport snow service sales, renewals, and client communicationAssist with collections and maintain accurate CRM recordsQualifications:2+ years of sales or account management experience (landscaping or related field preferred)Knowledge of landscape maintenance, plant health, irrigation, and seasonal servicesStrong communication, client management, and sales skillsExperience with estimating, CRM tools, and Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sitesPreferred:Experience with landscape estimating software (e.g., Aspire)Ability to read site plans/blueprintsBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusSchedule:Full-time, 40–65 hours/week depending on season
