At JPMorgan Chase, you'll work with a diverse client base and lead complex projects that make a difference for our clients and the firm.As a Client Solutions Vice President you will own the planning, execution, and delivery of client implementations. You'll manage events of moderate complexity, covering a wide range of Securities Services products and working with stakeholders across Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Pension Funds, Government Sponsored Enterprises, Banks, Broker Dealers, and Insurance Companies. Your work will span single product implementations to complex, multi-entity deals, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence.Job responsibilitiesLead execution of onboarding projects, managing resources across multiple locations and disciplinesDrive requirements gathering, propose and influence target solutions for fund managers and clientsEnsure requirements are understood and collaborate with internal partners to design, document, and secure sign-off on scope and solutionsDevelop and manage project delivery plans, facilitate negotiation of client legal agreements, and execute plans with robust governance and reportingActively mitigate and manage project risk, coordinate timely resolution of issues, and manage scope containment and change managementMotivate and manage virtual teams, execute post-implementation reviews, and prioritize, track, and report on all projects in the pipelineEnsure compliance with all controls and procedures, own project communication to stakeholders, and deliver high levels of client satisfactionManage single or multiple resources, allocate resources effectively, serve as escalation contact, and mentor junior staffContribute strategies for excellent fund manager experience, drive process improvement, and proactively lead team and department-wide initiativesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsWorking knowledge of multiple Securities Services products (Custody, Fund Accounting, Fund Admin, Hedge Funds Servicing, Investment Analytics, Compliance, ETFs, IMOS, Private Equity and Real Estate Services, Securities Lending, Trading Services, Data Analytics)Project and program management skillsCustomer-centric thinking and strategic planningHighly structured and methodical executionClear, articulate, and concise verbal and written communicationStrong presentation and interpersonal communication skillsNegotiation and persuasion skillsProven ability to influence and collaborate with multiple internal disciplinesKeen eye for identifying and resolving risks, ability to remove ambiguity from projectsRelationship management skills, reputation for integrity, intelligence, and problem solvingCoaching, feedback, risk assessment, and resource planningBachelor's degree5-10 years in Financial Services, particularly Securities Servicing Industry3+ years in a client-facing project management role or commensurate experiencePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsOther relevant skills that are not mandatoryAbout UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
