Systems Engineer - Mitel MiVoice

Salary: $73,500 - 114,000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in a technical field preferred, or 5-7 years of relevant experience/training, or equivalent qualifications in IT Networking and Communications technologies Significant experience with products from manufacturers including Juniper, Cisco, ADTRAN, and Mitel MiVoice Business or ShoreTel Extensive field experience and expert knowledge in data networking and IP technologies (e.g., VLAN configuration, Spanning-tree, NAT) Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory, Group Policy, and troubleshooting applications on end-user PCs and servers Familiarity with VoIP technologies such as G.711, G.729, Voice Gateways, SIP, PRI, and Analog cross-connects Strong project management, troubleshooting, and customer management skills required Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, such as Salesforce Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging at all organizational levels and providing technical support to end-users Responsibilities: Design, install, configure, troubleshoot, and manage Unified Communications solutions Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and replace faulty components as needed Collaborate with end-users to design and implement Unified Communications solutions Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications Develop implementation plans for customer solutions Create alternative designs to align with performance and cost objectives Identify and rectify faults, providing resolution for complex issues escalated from the help desk Communicate Structureds value proposition through presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral Support sales personnel in pre-sales technical discussions Oversee project statuses and assignments Document project designs and scopes clearly and accurately Facilitate knowledge transfer to customers Contribute to professional service statements of work and assist in project management as required Perform additional duties as assigned Technologies: Active Directory Cisco CRM Hardware Support Marketing NAT Network Salesforce Security Windows Mobile More: We at Structured Communication Systems, a premier information technology consultancy and systems integrator, are looking for a Systems Engineer (Mitel MiVoice Business) to join our team based in Oregon or Washington.
