Structural Steel Machine Operator

We also offer full-service, ranging from steel fabrication, to metal processing, to machining. Responsibilities Cutting stock material to size using horizontal and vertical saws Drilling beams, tubes angle and cannel on drill line Operate robotic 360 degree plasma cutting and etching machines CNC plasma plate burning Cut angle iron on CNC angle line Shear plate to size (20 ft and 12ft shear, 5/8 to 20 ton capacity). Operate CNC Press Brake to form various types of material. Requirements Experience in a manufacturing environment and in steel processing equipment, preferably with saw, grinders, CNC equipment, and cranes. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Willingness to work overtime as needed Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle materials. Frequently required to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Exposure to loud noises, heavy machinery, and potentially hazardous materials in a manufacturing environment. Work Environment: The position operates in a manufacturing or warehouse setting with exposure to outdoor weather conditions. May involve exposure to dust, dirt, and noise from machinery.
