This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic team.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 annuallyBenefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of small to middle-market commercial insurance accounts.Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately.Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management.Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.Soft Skills:Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
