This role focuses on supporting and coordinating tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client base while working closely with managers and partners. The position involves regular client interaction, managing multiple engagements, and delivering accurate, high-quality work. We are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace where every team member can thrive.Responsibilities:Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for corporations, individuals, nonprofits, trusts, and estatesSupport tax planning, credits, incentives, and limited international tax mattersAssist with tax controversy matters, including IRS and state auditsPerform audits for private companies and nonprofit organizationsAssist with financial statement reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon proceduresSupport forecasts, projections, and internal control reviewsAssist with employee benefit plan and trust account auditsServe as a client contact and support junior staff as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred37 years of tax experienceStrong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulationsSolid understanding of financial statementsProficiency with CCH ProSystem and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsThis position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000$130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
