This role plays a key part in managing influencer partnerships that drive brand relevance, social engagement, and performance, while balancing creative execution, budget ownership, and negotiation.The ideal candidate is highly organized, socially fluent, and comfortable working across brands with different aesthetics, audiences, and objectives. This role is expected to embrace AI as part of daily workflow, using it to work smarter, faster, and more strategically across influencer and social marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Campaign Execution (Multi‑Brand)Support the development and execution of influencer strategies across multiple brands, aligned to brand positioning, priorities, and target audiences.Manage influencer campaigns end‑to‑end: creator sourcing, outreach, negotiations, contracting, creative briefing, approvals, timelines, execution, and reporting.Activate a mix of paid and organic creator partnerships across macro, mid‑tier, and micro influencers.Creator Negotiation & Relationship ManagementLead day‑to‑day communications with influencers and agents.Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and content scope to ensure strong value and brand alignment.Build and maintain long‑term creator relationships across the portfolio.Budget ManagementManage and track influencer budgets across multiple brands, ensuring spend aligns with approved plans and campaign goals.Support forecasting and allocation of influencer spend by brand and initiative.Identify opportunities to maximize budget efficiency through smart negotiations, bundled deliverables, and content reuse.AI‑Enabled Influencer & Social MarketingUse AI tools to support influencer discovery, creator vetting, content ideation, caption development, briefing efficiencies, and performance reporting.Leverage AI insights to analyze trends, optimize campaigns, and improve decision‑making across brands.Stay current on evolving AI tools and platform features and apply them responsibly within existing workflows.Seeding, Community & Cultural MonitoringHelp lead influencer seeding programs across multiple brands, with an understanding that goals and KPIs may vary by brand.Identify emerging creators, formats, and cultural trends, sharing insights that can inform broader portfolio strategy.Social & Content IntegrationPartner with social, brand marketing, and creative teams to align influencer content with brand‑specific social calendars, launches, and key moments.Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and post scheduling.Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.Ensure creator content reflects individual brand voices while adhering to platform best practices across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts.Support the repurposing of high‑performing creator content across owned social and paid channels, where appropriate.Measurement & ReportingTrack and report influencer performance by brand, including reach, engagement, saves, clicks, and conversions.Use performance insights to inform creator selection, optimization, and future planning.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing and/or social marketing, ideally within a multi‑brand or agency environment.Proven experience negotiating influencer partnerships, including rates, usage rights, and deliverables.Experience managing or owning influencer budgets across campaigns.Hands‑on experience using AI tools to enhance marketing, social, or influencer workflows.Strong understanding of the creator economy and social platform trends.Experience executing influencer campaigns across Instagram and TikTok.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands, timelines, and priorities.Strong analytical skills and comfort reporting on performance metrics.Clear, confident communicator who collaborates well cross‑functionally.Nice to HaveExperience working within a portfolio, agency, or multi‑brand structure.Familiarity with creator contracts and content usage rights.Experience with paid creator amplification or content whitelisting.Experience creating or directing short‑form video content.Salary Range: $80,000–$95,000 base, commensurate with experience, plus competitive benefits. This role is a hybrid work arrangement.
