Leadership is seeking an operator who can drive accountability, improve branch-level execution, and help elevate overall operational performance across the business.About the RoleThe Director of Operations is responsible for leading day-to-day operational performance across multiple business functions, including service, logistics, customer operations, sales support, and field execution. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving operational efficiency, improving customer experience, building strong teams, and creating accountability throughout the organization. The right person will combine strategic thinking with a willingness to operate at ground level when needed. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys building structure, improving performance, and owning operational outcomes in a fast-moving growth environment.ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipLead day-to-day operational execution across service, support, logistics, and customer-facing functions.Drive operational consistency, accountability, and performance across teams and locations.Monitor KPIs related to productivity, service delivery, customer satisfaction, utilization, and profitability.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.Improve workflows, communication, and coordination across departments.Ensure operational alignment with company growth objectives and performance standards.Financial & Performance ManagementSupport operational budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.Review operational and financial metrics regularly to identify trends and opportunities.Drive margin improvement through operational discipline and efficiency.Assist leadership with reporting, forecasting, and performance planning initiatives.Team Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing team members.Establish clear expectations and performance accountability throughout the organization.Coach frontline leaders and managers to improve execution and communication.Foster a culture centered around ownership, urgency, professionalism, and customer experience.Customer Experience & ExecutionEnsure customers receive a high-quality, consistent experience across all touchpoints.Support issue resolution and escalation management when required.Improve operational responsiveness, communication, and execution quality.Maintain high operational standards across facilities, equipment, and field operations.Qualifications5+ years of operational leadership experience in construction, equipment, industrial services, home services, logistics, or related operational environments.Demonstrated experience managing operational performance and leading teams.Strong ability to drive accountability and execute in fast-paced environments.Comfortable reviewing KPIs, operational reporting, and financial performance metrics.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Experience leading through growth, change, or operational transformation is highly preferred.Pay range and compensation package$115,000–$135,000 base salary + performance-based bonusBenefits packageLeadership growth opportunity within a rapidly growing organizationHigh-autonomy role with significant operational ownershipEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
