Program ManagerOur client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Program Manager for their Coppell, TX location. Responsibilities include:Leading complex programs and initiatives across Origination, Servicing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial with business leaders to define scope, success metrics, operating models, and implementation roadmaps for strategic and managing program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment across business and technology teams.Facilitating executive meetings, governance forums, and decision-making sessions.Preparing executive-level presentations, status updates, business cases, and risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts and driving resolution product launches, business readiness, operational readiness, and change management activities.Driving accountability across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.Performing related duties as assigned by management.Requirements include:Strong executive communication and presentation skills.Ability to operate independently with limited oversight.Proven ability to influence without direct authority.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective and professional relationships across the organization and with customers.High learning agility with the ability to learn and integrate business variables and learn new systems and analytical skills & problem-solving abilities; solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment.Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong project management and time management capability.Self-directed and comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty.High degree of professional maturity, integrity, ability to maintain confidential data and degree of business acumen; strong technical aptitude.Strong Microsoft Office skillsYears of Experience: 18.00 Years of Experience12+ Years overall exp with 7+ years of project, program, or transformation leadership experience.Top skills: Program Management, enterprise transformation, strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business growth.Mortgage origination and/or servicing experience is strongly preferred.Why should you apply?:Health BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
