We are seeking a Structural Engineer (PE) to join a dynamic design team, supporting the analysis and design of structural systems across a variety of projects. This role involves close collaboration with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to develop design concepts, perform structural analysis, and ensure high-quality project delivery.The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in structural engineering principles , experience with U.S. building codes , and the ability to take ownership of project scope, schedules, and deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform structural analysis and design for steel and concrete structuresApply engineering principles for lateral design (wind and seismic) in accordance with building codesDevelop design concepts and collaborate with design teams to produce accurate construction documentsConduct and review engineering calculations , ensuring quality and accuracyManage assigned work scope, timelines, and deliverables with strong attention to detailIdentify scope changes and communicate effectively with project leadershipSupport and mentor junior engineers and designersContribute to improving workflows, tools, and engineering processesCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutionsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural focus)Professional Engineer (PE) LicenseMinimum 4+ years of structural engineering experienceExperience with U.S. building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC)Proficiency with structural analysis tools , Navisworks, and BluebeamExperience designing steel and concrete structuresStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsBenefitsPEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
