Civil Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, detail-oriented litigation paralegal to join our rapidly growing legal team and play a critical role in obtaining justice for victims injured by corporate and institutional malfeasance and neglect. You will work directly with attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and client meetings — ensuring all pleadings, discovery materials, and case files are meticulously organized and readily accessible. This role involves meaningful interaction with clients, opposing counsel, co-counsel, and the courts, and may include oversight of administrative staff.ResponsibilitiesAssist with case intake and onboarding processesConduct thorough legal research using Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw, Bloomberg Legal, Fastcase, Google Scholar, and similar platformsDraft, review, and organize pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and contractsManage case files through cloud-based CRM and case management systemsTrack and maintain attorney litigation calendars, case timelines, and critical deadlinesPerform document review to identify relevant facts, evidence, and key informationServe as a primary point of client contact — providing updates, gathering information, and demonstrating professional phone etiquetteCollaborate with attorneys to prepare for court appearances and client meetingsAssist with project management tasks and supervise administrative assistants as neededWhat we're looking forRequired: Prior experience as a litigation paralegalStrong command of legal terminology, rules of evidence, and civil procedureProficiency in legal research tools (Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw, Fastcase, Google Scholar, etc.)Experience with Salesforce-based CRM platforms and/or case management software such as Litify or SmartAdvocate (strongly preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional client-facing etiquetteExceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under deadline pressureIf you are passionate about the law and ready to contribute to a dynamic, fast-growing legal team, we encourage you to apply.
