Learn more about the inclusive team atmosphere that we curate:  Gracie’s Ventures Will Provide: Hands-on involvement with the leadership team and front/back-of-house operations as it pertains to Back Server A warm, inclusive working environment and organizational culture Opportunities to make connections with individuals and businesses in the hospitality and restaurant industry throughout Providence and Rhode Island ✨ Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to: Delivering a consistently high level of customer service to each guestServing food to guests and engaging with them about what is being served Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the dinner menu and tasting menu, including allergy and ingredient information Organizing and delivering necessary markings to guests Preparing coffee and tea orders efficiently and accurately, upholding Gracie’s standards Participating in team education on food, beverage, and service Clearing, cleaning, and resetting each table after the guest leaves in accordance with the Gracie’s SOP Metrics of SuccessThe following criteria measure success in this role: Successful and memorable guest experiences. Satisfying and memorable guest experiences Consistently demonstrating detailed knowledge of Gracie’s culinary and beverage menus Positive and productive attitude and professional demeanor Positive and professional communication with teammates and guests alike Compensation: Position Type: Full & Part-Time Slots Open  Shift Outlook: 2-4 Shifts a Week (Wed.-Sun.), 3PM-CLOSE, SUNDAY AVAILABILITY A MUST!  Pay: Hourly Non-Exempt, $4/hr. + Gratuity (after training period) Performance Schedule:  90 Day Check-In, yearly formal review  Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision after 90 days (if Full-Time) 401K after 90 days  Paid Sick Time after 90 days Wellness Program after 90 days Discounted Dining Professional Development Continued Education Paid Shift Breaks Where Applicable *Compensation is determined by experience and performance.  Additional compensatory packages and options are at the discretion of the Proprietor and are determined every year.
