Job Title: Director of Total Rewards & HR OperationsLocation: Philadelphia, PAWorkplace: Primarily remote with onsite days in Philadelphia. Local candidates preferred.About the RoleThe Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations leads the strategic oversight and management of compensation, benefits, HRIS, and HR operations. This role designs, implements, and manages total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring the optimization and scalability of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The Director drives streamlined HR operations, advanced reporting and analytics, and a best in class employee experience. This leader oversees vendor partnerships, system implementations, and key strategic initiatives while managing and developing a high performing team.This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Philadelphia, PA.Responsibilities •Strategic LeadershipEvaluate, develop, and implement a comprehensive strategy for compensation, benefits, HRIS, and HR operations.Build effective relationships with business leaders and align HR strategies to business needs.Ensure strong understanding of the business and culture and connect rewards and systems to strategy.Anticipate organizational needs, identify trends and best practices, and implement value creating solutions.HCM OptimizationLead the optimization and scalability of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system.Evaluate, select, and implement HCM and related HR technologies.Drive system functionality, automation, reporting improvements, and enhance user experience.Manage vendor and technology provider relationships.Oversee HRIS administration, integrations, and data integrity.Set governance standards for system use, security, and compliance.Compensation & BenefitsEnsure total rewards offerings align with market trends and employee needs.Design and manage compensation structures and programs.Lead annual salary planning and benefits renewal processes, including analytics, design, fiscal management, communication, and execution.Strengthen reward related internal communications.Ensure compliance with all regulations and required reporting.Reporting & Analytics* Establish dashboards, metrics, and tools to identify trends and measure strategy progress.* Leverage analytics to enhance program effectiveness and decision making.Management & LeadershipPosition the department as a proactive partner across the organization.Manage and develop a team with clear goals, coaching, and performance support.Serve as an internal consultant and functional expert.Partner on integrated talent strategies and People Team initiatives.Oversee budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring cost effective and high quality services.Qualifications •10+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership, ideally within professional services or high growth organizations.Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.Deep knowledge of HRIS/HCM systems, including selection, implementation, and optimization.Strong compensation and benefits expertise; CCP/CEBS or similar a plus.Proven track record leading teams and managing complex HR initiatives.Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence cross functionally and lead organizational change.Commitment to ongoing professional development.Juno is an Equal Opportunity Employer that provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, genetic predisposition or carrier status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
