To provide the Customer with the best solution and support To provide products leading in performance, reliability and cost-effectiveness Field Service Engineer Role Purpose Responsible for integration, testing, deployment, and field support of multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, electrical, and software). Acts as a customer-facing technical lead, supporting R&D-related projects and managing customer interactions throughout deployment and operation. Responsibilities Lead customer-facing technical activities, acting as a focal point between R&D/Operation and the customer Perform installation, integration, and commissioning of systems at customer sites (domestic and international) Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and system repair Manage and execute in-house repairs and maintenance activities Conduct system testing (functional, communication, software, and hardware) Deliver system demonstrations and operational training to customers Prepare reports, document faults, and provide feedback to R&D teams Support deployment, upgrades, and operational activities in the field Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in system integration, testing, or field service Required Skills Strong understanding of electronics and ability to read schematics Experience with communication protocols (TCP/IP, RS232/RS485) Understanding of mechanical systems Experience with test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope – advantage) Experience with Embedded systems / Linux – advantage High-level English (spoken and written) Willingness to travel internationally Domain Knowledge – Advantage Experience with optomechanical systems Familiarity with stabilized gimbals Knowledge of counter-drone (C-UAS) systems Experience with remotely controlled weapon systems (RCWS) Preferred Skills Strong problem-solving and system-level thinking Ability to work independently and under pressure Customer-oriented mindset with project ownership High sense of responsibility
