Education: A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience supervising programs and teams. Dual licensure preferred LCAS (A) Skills: leadership and team management, clinical expertise, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and decision-making. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Dependability is a must! Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
