In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care and general medical services, while also delivering a range of aesthetic treatments as part of a growing wellness and aesthetics program.This position requires a provider who is highly detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will be responsible for creating and managing individualized care plans, evaluating patient needs, and ensuring continuity of care across both medical and aesthetic services.To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate strong clinical knowledge in family medicine and general practice, as well as competency or strong interest in aesthetic procedures. Excellent communication skills and sound clinical judgment are essential.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care and general medical services to patients across the lifespanDiagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practiceCoordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plansAdminister medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactionsDocument changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriatelyMaintain accurate and thorough patient medical recordsPerform aesthetic treatments, including (but not limited to):Body contouringRadiofrequency (RF) skin tighteningMicroneedlingLaser hair removalEducate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and post-care instructions for both medical and aesthetic servicesEnsure safe, compliant, and effective delivery of care in accordance with clinical protocols and scope of practiceQualificationsCurrently licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in the state of employmentExperience in primary care, family medicine, or general practice preferredBilingual English/Spanish requiredStrong interpersonal, communication, and patient care skillsInterest or experience in aesthetics strongly preferredValid driver's license requiredFirst Aid/CPR or ACLS certification required
