CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Food 4 Less - - Responsibilities: Manage front-end operations by following the daily schedule and monitoring customer flow; Supervise Service Desk and financial services procedures including tills, opening/closing the service desk, selling financial services products, refunds, phones, cleaning and organizing; Coach and mentor staff to unleash potential and provide support; Build relationships with customers and team, foster teamwork and maintain high standards of service; Maintain safety and quality orientation and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
