Program Manager II - Paladin FMS Production

Program Manager IIBAE Systems is hiring a Program Manager II to support the Artillery group and lead a portion of the M109A7/M992A3 Paladin FMS program. As a Program Manager for Paladin FMS, you are directly responsible for profit and loss for an element of the complex program involving the support through sustainment of M109A7 and M992A3. Provide a competitive advantage to the company by managing the program's defined scope on schedule, within budget, and at the expected level of quality.The role can be based out of York, PA or Anniston, AL. This is a hybrid position where you will work three days onsite weekly, on average. The schedule is 9/80 where you will have every other Friday off. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
